LOOK: INTERIM GUIDELINES GOVERNING CONTRACT OF SERVICE (COS) AND JOB ORDER (JO) WORKERS IN GOVERNMENT FOR THE DURATION OF THE STATE OF CALAMITY AND COMMUNITY QUARANTINE DUE TO COVID-19

In light of the Enhanced Community Quarantine in Luzon issued by President Rodrigo Duterte, the Commission on Audit (COA) and the Department of Budget and Management (DBM) issued Joint Circular No. 1 s. 2020 dated March 19, 2020.

The Joint Circular provides the interim guidelines governing Contract of Service (CoS) and Job Order (JO) workers in government for the duration of the State of Calamity and Community Quarantine due to COVID-19.
